Policies at Sleeping Buddha
Important to Know

Cancellation Policy:
Clients must cancel appointment within 24hrs of service date.
Deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable to another appointment.
Cancelled appointments that are rescheduled within 24hrs of cancellation, are able to transfer deposit to another booking.

No Show Policy:
If in the event a client does not cancel appointment within 24hrs of appointment date and does not show up for appointment, client will not be able to book any future appointments.
Late Policy:
Clients arriving 15min late or more for appointment, treatment *may be cancelled.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable to another appointment.
*Every scenario is different: If client still wishes to continue with appointment, please take into condsideration that the appointment time will not be extended. Artist will continue with treatment within the time allowed.
****Rushed appointments create a hostile and anxious environment and the full achievement of nirvana will not be attained.****
Refill/ Fill Policy:
It is suggested for a NEW client to return for a fill appointment after 2 weeks of initial appointment to have grown out lashes removed and reapplied.
If NEW client does not return within 2 weeks after initial appointment, the next appointment may be considered a full set of extensions if there is excessive grown out lashes, and client will be charged the appropriate amount for the service needed.
**Fill appointments beyond 3 weeks: more than 50% of lashes will have grown out and need to be removed and reapplied.
**Fills are necessary to maintain the health and longevity of the natural lash.
**Once artist is able to understand the client's natural growth cycle, a 3-4 week fill may be warranted.

Foreign Fill Policy:
Sleeping Buddha will not be able to work over another artists work, this is considered a foreign fill.
If you already have eyelash extensions adhered by another company, a lash removal will be conducted and subject to a lash removal charge. Please book a lash removal along with your full set treatment of choice.

Deposit Policy:
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Rescheduled appointments within 24hrs of cancellation, are able to transfer deposit to another booking within 30 days from cancellation.
Patch Test opt out Policy:
Declining a patch test prior to your eyelash extension appointment is the client's personal choice. The client assumes all risks of an adverse reaction to glue, gel pad, and/or tape if there is an allergic reaction.

Aftercare Policy:
Client will adhere to the aftercare instructions provided by Sleeping Buddha to maintain the health of natural lashes and eyelash extensions. Failure to follow after care instructions provided by Sleeping Buddha may result in poor retention and loss of extensions that Sleeping Buddha is not responsible for.
**Sleeping Buddha is a peaceful sanctuary for those in need of relaxation. Please no use of cellphones/laptops/tablets during service or while inside the studio. Please no use of cameras to vlog, social media post, or to take photos.**
Refund Policy:
There are NO refunds, returns, or exchanges
*If in the event there is a complication with your extensions, please contact us within 48hrs post treatment to discuss a resolution.
No pets/ No extra guests/ No kids:
Only the client is allowed in studio.
Location of Services:
Sleeping Buddha is located in a private residential studio suite. Precise location/address is given upon booking appointment.
We are located across from Melissa Wellness Village.
Spa Etiquette
Pre-Appointment Checklist

Please arrive relaxed! This is your spa day and it should be enjoyed to the fullest extent to achieve nirvana.

Please arrive to appointment with all eye makeup removed (mascara, eyeliner, eyeshadow, etc). If eyelashes are heavily compromised, a deep clean purification will need to be added to the service and subject to an additional $10 charge.

Sleeping Buddha will not be able to work over another artists work, this is considered a foreign fill. **Please refer to foreign fill policy.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early before appointment start time. Within this time, necessary forms need to be filled out and a consultation will take place.

Please avoid caffeine before appointment. Caffeine makes eyes move around uncontrollably and will slow down the treatment time of lash application.
